Safe patient handling and movement (SPHM).  Is  a bliss for:
–  occupational health care staff whose work becomes less strenuous and
musculoskeletal injuries and disorders are minimized which
results in fewer sick days claims which in turn
– releases budget resources of  the institutions for which they work and thus
– the body financing that institution which is often the public sector i.e.
–  finally the tax payer.
Society can no longer afford to lose the nurses who leave the profession annually due to musculoskeletal injuries and pain.
